Terms of Service

By using farcusLANZ (-=FLZ=-), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Website purpose

This site is the brand door for farcusLANZ / FLZ — South Jersey LAN roots — with story pages and forms for feature requests and bug reports. Product sales, cart, checkout, and fulfillment happen on our Shopify store (vvp4b0-cy.myshopify.com). Purchases are subject to that storefront's terms in addition to these.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit illegal content, harassment, malware, spam, or material you do not have the right to share. We may ignore or remove submissions that abuse the service.

User submissions

When you send feedback, you confirm the information is accurate enough for us to act on and that we may store and review it to improve the site.

Intellectual property

The FLZ / farcusLANZ marks, text, and design on this site belong to the site operators or their licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party names (for example Steam) belong to their respective owners.

Advertising

The About page may display ads served by Google AdSense, placed beside or below the story. The storefront homepage, forms, contact, and legal pages do not carry ads. Ad content is provided by third parties and is subject to their policies. See our Privacy Policy and Cookies pages for details.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Historical notes about LAN events are for nostalgia and may contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this website.
